Websites that do the work.

We design and build fast, hard-working websites — then wire in the systems behind them: automation, AI agents, and marketing that pulls its weight. One workshop, one system, built to last.

The duct-taped stack

Every tool made sense the day you bought it.

Now the CRM doesn’t talk to the invoices, the calendar doesn’t talk to the CRM, and you carry the data between them.

Copy, paste, chase, repeat. Every day, after hours.

That’s not a stack. That’s a pile.

  • CRM// last synced: never
  • invoices_v7.xlsx// updated by hand
  • Inbox// 340 unread, 12 are leads
  • Scheduler// doesn't see the CRM
  • Notes app// the real database
  • Zap #23// breaks quietly

The shift

We take the pile apart and forge one system that carries the load.

What we forge

What we forge

Web development

Your site books the job while you’re on one.

What we buildDesign and build, front to back: fast marketing sites, booking and quote flows, online stores — wired into your calendar and CRM from day one.

Custom systems

Enter it once. It shows up everywhere.

What we buildThe machinery behind the site: quoting, invoicing, and follow-ups that run themselves. AI agents that answer and qualify leads at 11pm. The tools you already pay for, finally connected.

Marketing

The phone rings, and you know why.

What we buildSearch, local listings, and email that bring the right jobs — with plain reporting that shows which dollar brought which call. No reports you can’t read.

On the floor

What owners stop dealing with.

Wren & Rye BakeryOwner
We used to lose custom cake orders in three different group chats. Now everything’s in one system and nothing falls through the cracks.
Ironclad ContractingOwner
A lead used to sit in my inbox for two days before I got to it. Now the site answers in minutes — half the time they’re already booked before I even see it.
Salt & Stone StudioOwner
Booking used to be a Google Form nobody filled out right. Now clients book, pay, and get reminders automatically. No-shows are basically gone.
Fielding Family MedicinePhysician
Patients used to call and sit on hold just to book an appointment. Now they book online in under a minute, and my front desk isn’t drowning in phone calls anymore.
Halo AestheticsOwner
We were losing bookings because the contact form went to an inbox nobody checked fast enough. Now a lead texts, gets an answer in minutes, and it’s already on my calendar.
Baseline ChiropracticChiropractor
New patient paperwork used to eat up the first ten minutes of every visit. Now it’s done before they walk in, and we actually start on time.
Momentum StudioOwner
Class waitlists used to be a group chat I forgot to check. Now people get added automatically the second a spot opens, and my classes actually fill.
Ironline GymOwner
A membership inquiry used to sit for a day before anyone followed up. Now it’s answered in minutes, and half of them sign up before I even see the message.

Illustrative vignettes — representative businesses, not client accounts. Verified client work lives in the case studies.

How it runs

Our process

Audit

1 week

We map every tool, spreadsheet, and workaround, and find where the hours go. Ends with the one-page blueprint you keep regardless.

Blueprint

1 week

The blueprint becomes a build plan: fixed scope, fixed price, plain English. You receive the full system design and the number before you commit.

Forge

2–4 weeks

We build, wire, and test against your real work, not a demo. You receive a working system and documentation a non-technical owner can read.

Run

Ongoing

We run it with you for the first month, then you choose: full hand-off or a maintenance retainer. You receive a system that works when we’re not in the room.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

What does a system cost?

Most single systems land between $2,500 and $10,000, depending on how much we’re connecting. Larger builds are quoted in phases so you can stop at any point.

The audit is free and ends with a number. You never commit blind.

How long until it’s running?

Audit to running system is typically four to six weeks. Small automations ship faster. You get a schedule in the blueprint, and we hold to it.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need to know your business. We handle the technical side and document everything in plain English, so you understand what you own.

What happens if one of our tools changes or shuts down?

Systems are built on standard connections, not glue code hidden in one person’s head. If a tool changes, we swap the part, not the machine.

Who maintains it long-term?

Your call. We offer a maintenance retainer, or we hand over documentation and full access so anyone competent can run it. No hostages.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

Agencies sell hours and stay billable. We ship a fixed-scope system, hand you the keys, and leave — unless you ask us to stay.

Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?

No. Chat is one part, and rarely the important one. The value is the plumbing: your leads, calendar, invoices, and follow-ups moving on their own, with a record you can audit.

Start with the audit

If the audit doesn’t earn the project, you keep the blueprint anyway.
